Rescheduling policy
- Booking can be rescheduled 0 hours before the slot start time
- Rescheduling is done based on slot prices. Any amount that has to be paid or refunded is according to the difference in slot prices.
- KM Credits, coupons and split payments are not applicable for such bookings.
- Once rescheduled, booking cannot be rescheduled or cancelled again.
